Standing hamstring curls are a great way to work the hamstrings, but what if your gym does not have that machine or you don’t have the cash to buy a machine for your garage gym? If either of the above is true for you, then you need this strap.

This strap hooks up to any cable machine with a low attachment point for you to kill your hamstrings.

Don’t have a cable machine; this strap works great on a reverse hyper machine, and you can hook bands up to this strap as well.

Comes with a clip to hook to a band or cable machine.
